I'm a front-end web developer and designer based in Austin, Texas. I strive to pair sharp, thoughtful design with clean, efficient code.

I approach coding with the intent to solve a problem with a solution that is clear and efficient while keeping format and legibility in mind. I am currently proficient in JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, CSS, and React, but I am always working to expand my skill set.

Before pursuing web development, I earned a BA in Art from the University of Texas at Austin. My background in art lends itself to my diverse knowledge of design and detail-oriented approach to projects. I begin every process with the necessary research to ensure I have a clear plan in mind and the appropriate tools for execution. While I am comfortable with following another designer's lead, I am also not afraid to offer my creative view-point. I thrive in collaborative group settings, and I'm not afraid to take the lead and share my ideas with others.
